The Yeo Valley farmers are taking a different approach to spreading the good word of organic dairy.  These UK farmers are the next hip hop sensation, or at least they are in my book!  They enlisted music video director Julien Lutz, aka Little X, to deliver his magic touch.  This is no amateur organic dairy video.  And the farmers are pretty hot if I do say so myself.  I think I’ll take home farmer number one in the video.  Clearly there is a world of hot farmers I wasn’t aware of!

Last night I had one of those lovely door to door people selling magazines for the troops.  I just happened to get a charming guy and now the troops will be getting Health & Fitness courtesy of me.  I know, I’m a sucker, shut up. Anyhow, while he was taking my information he asked if I was 24.  I said, ha, no but thank you.  Then he said, you’re vegetarian right?  Well, as a matter of fact I am.  He then goes into a story about how all the vegans and vegetarians he knows look way younger.  Now I have no scientific evidence of this statement, but I like it none the less!  So if you needed a reason to go Meatless on Mondays maybe it’s anti-aging effects are it.  Or maybe that guy was just flattering me for the magazine sale, no no, that can’t be it
